Background
The plaintiffs allege that the defendants engaged in a long-standing conspiracy to fix the price of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (“MDI”) and toluene diisocyanate (“TDI”) collectively referred to as Isocyanates. Isocyanates are chemicals primarily used in the production of polyurethane products.
Class
All persons and entities that directly purchased Isocyanates within the United States, its territories and the District of Columbia from any Defendant or any predecessor, subsidiary or affiliate thereof, at any time between January 1, 2015 through the present.
