Defendants and their co-conspirators are accused of engaging in a continuing contract, combination, and conspiracy to artificially fix, raise, maintain, and/or stabilize the prices of Liquid Alum within the United States in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act.
Plaintiffs also allege that the Defendants and their co-conspirators agreed to, and did in fact, restrain trade or commerce by fixing, raising, maintaining and/or stabilizing at artificial and supracompetitive levels, the prices of Liquid Alum.
