Syngenta Corn Seed Litigation

DEADLINE to file is: December 17, 2018!

A Settlement has been reached with Syngenta over class action and individual lawsuits related to the sale and marketing of its Agrisure Viptera and Duracade corn seeds. The Settlement may affect your rights if you are: (1) a Corn Producer; (2) a Grain Handling Facility; or (3) an Ethanol Production Facility.
If you are or were a Corn Producer before April 10, 2018, you may be
entitled to a portion of the $1.51 billion settlement.

Deadline to file a claim is THIS Friday, October 12th, 2018

While it is ideal to file your claim in a timely manner, it is usually possible to file claims after the deadline. The sooner after the deadline the better. If the deadline has passed, Kent will work with you and the claims administrator to have your claim recognized. There is no guarantee that a late claim will be honored, however, in our experience, properly managed, there is good chance that it may.

Will I have to pay anything or will it cost me anything to sign up?

There is no cost to sign up. We only get paid if and when we are successful in getting you a recovery.

Will this affect my relationship with my suppliers if I file a claim?
